Sarah graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a degree in business marketing. She participated in an elite business program which allowed her to focus on integrated business planning. Sarah is uniquely talented in identifying market needs, as well as in providing creative business solutions to meet those needs. After spending four years as FNT Alameda's marketing director, she decided it was time to share her knowledge and expertise with the masses.

Nicole attended Sonoma State University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. It was there she started an environmental science field trip program for K-8 students. After graduating with distinction, she went on to teach first and second grade for five years. During that time, Nicole was a coordinator for her school district’s writing committee. She helped to create and establish her district’s writing standards and curriculum. Growing up in a family full of successful realtors, it was only natural for her to expand her teaching expertise into the field of real estate.
